The Goal
Reduce overhead at a large consulting firm by designing an automated, template-based work management tool.
The Process

Research
To understand our target users, I observed interviews in which stakeholders demoed their workflow and highlighted pain points. I summarized the core personas with a series of personas and empathy maps.

Wireframe
Using our research findings, I created in-depth wireframes in order to validate our proposed solution and gather feedback.
03
Design & Implement
After confirming the concept among key stakeholders, I created the product's design system and produced the high fidelity designs and prototypes. I worked closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation.
